Training takes place at Landau Forte Academy (QEMs) on a Wednesday evening.

5:30pm - 6:50pm Junior Training

7pm - 8pm Mixed Club training (all new and current players encouraged to attend.)

7pm - 9.30pm  Ladies 1st team squad training

8:10pm - 9:30pm Mens 1st team squad training
