Tamworth Hockey Club secures spicy new sponsor

Tamworth Hockey Club Men’s Third team have a secured a spicy new sponsor for their new season, Jelali International Restaurant, in Aldergate.
THC Men’s thirds, who have just begun the new hockey season in the East Midlands First Division, will be lining up in all new kit provided by Jelali Restaurant.
Mike Davies, Captain of the men’s third team, said: “I’d like to thank Jalali International Cuisine who have kindly paid for our new away kit, so when we are on our travels, we’ll not just play like a team but we’ll also look the part too! Tamworth Hockey Club is always keen to build community relationships and this is just one example of where we are doing that.”
Since opening its doors in 1996, JelaliInternationalRestauranthas established an excellent reputation in Tamworth for simply having excellentIndian food around with an unmatched service. Mr Shiraj, the owner, is alwaysthefirst to meet and greet his guests who over the years have become very good friends.
Mr Shiraj, said: “Over the years, Jalali has helped many local community organisations with donations and sponsorships. I am very happy to have sponsored Tamworth Hockey Club and I wish them the best of luck for the coming season and hope to see a trophy inside the Jelali one day!”
