New players wanted for the season ahead

Tamworth Hockey Club is looking to recruit new players for the forthcoming season 2012/13 starting in August.
We are looking for players of all abilities and experience to join us at this vibrant & friendly club. We would be especially interested in experienced players to strengthen & increase squad sizes in both of our 1st XI squads. Currently the Ladies 1sts play in Midlands Division 2 & the Mens 1sts are newly promoted to Midlands One. In total we run four mens teams and three womens teams; as well as developing new talent within our thriving junior section.
All matches and training sessions (Wednesday evenings) are held at Landau Forte Academy (QEMS) Highfield Avenue, Amington, Staffordshire, B77 3JB.
We are very fortunate to have our own clubhouse close by at Hints Lane, Hopwas, Tamworth B78 3AT enabling us to host many successful & lively social events throughout the year.
