| Match Report | The ladies seconds recorded their biggest win of the season beating beacon 7-0 on Saturday. Tamworth dominated possession from the off and opened the scoring after only 4 minutes through Claire Miles, but for all their possession the town side were unable to add to their score as a number of shots missed the target or were well saved by the beacon GK. Tamworth finally got their second goal with the last hit of the half a strong run from Sarah Arnold found Elaine foxley unmarked to slot home and go into the break 2-0 up. The second half followed the same pattern as the first with Tamworth dominating, the towns defence played a high line and kept any rare beacon attack at bay, winning the ball high up the pitch to keep the town on the front foot. Three goals in a 3 minute spell sealed the win and saw Foxley complete her hat trick with Miles also getting her second from a well worked short corner routine.
