| Match Report | Tamworth started well with some good passing moves to put Lichfield under pressure from the off. Di Milner and Sarah Arnold found themselves in some good positions in the D and came close to scoring in the first 20 minutes but could not find the target. A period of sustained pressure by Lichfield at the end of the first half saw Lichfield eventually score despite some excellent defending and great saves by keeper Lisa Moore.
The second half mirrored the first with Tamworth peppering the Lichfield goal but some great saves from the Lichfield keeper meant the final score was 1 nil to Lichfield.
