| Match Report | Wednesday evening the town side came away with a 3-0 win against Stafford. Difficult pitch conditions saw Tamworth struggle to play their normal flowing hockey and it wasn't until late in the half that they took the lead through Claire Miles. The second session saw the town side dominate the play with some super passing, Miles added a second from a short corner strike. Lisa Moore made a brilliant save from a rare Stafford attack to keep her clean sheet intact before Jane escombe scored a superb goal, her first for Tamworth, to seal the win following great play from Elaine Foxley.
