Match Report | The ladies seconds returned to winning ways in style with a dominant performance against Stafford on Saturday. Tamworth made the perfect start scoring after only two minutes when Fiona Sinclair followed up Jo Goode's short corner strike. Sinclair added a second after 12 minutes with a brilliant shot, before Claire Miles hit a 10 minute hattrick, two from open play and one from a short corner. Sinclair also completed her first half hattrick to send the town into the break in total control 6-0 to the good. Tamworth made a bit of a sloppy start to the second half giving possession away cheaply as Stafford enjoyed some attacking play but some good defending kept the towns clean sheet in tact. Tamworth regained their composure and once again dominated possession with some superb passing from defence to attack, Elaine Foxley scored the towns 7th as she fired home from the top of the 'D'. Miles then scored her 4th and 5th of the game before Danielle Hill completed the rout scoring the towns tenth goal for Tamworth's best performance of the season so far. PoM Beth Wright
