Claire Miles and Elaine Foxley scored in the first half to give the town a well deserved lead. Tamworth continued to dominate in the second half but were only able to add one goal through Claire Tillesley scoring on her debut, the town side’s other debutant Sarah Price had an excellent game at full back.
