Tamworth Men's Firsts Vs Derwent

Tamworth Men’s First XI extended their losing streak with two further defeats at the weekend.

On Saturday they lost 6-0 to high flying Derwent at home where the visitors dominated territory and scored four in the first half before adding another two after the break to run out convincing winners.  Tamworth had few clear cut opportunities but actually played the ball around better than at any other stage of the season but struggled to find the killer final pass.  Mitchell Francuz was central to the best moves Tamworth put together and was deserved man of the match for the hosts.
